poor service delivery

I am very disappointed in sterns as i am a loyal customer and support them for a few years but this experience is sickening due to poor customer service<br> 11 December 2015 18:03:50 as printed on the slip <br> We bought a ring with bands and requested for it to be solder the bands with the ring <br> Duduzile told us that we will be informed on the 15 December about the price for the solder quotation <br> nothing happened and nobody called me <br> 19 December i went to kolonade sterns furious about the poor service just to be informed that a email was sent from the place that's doing the solder on the 15 December <br> all that they could say is sorry this is poor service due to places closing and that its almost Christmas<br> Would like to be contacted by a manager or somebody cause this will be the last time that i will support the sterns stores<br> my <br> Respectfully<br> LA Oosthuysen<br> ***
