Poor service at Sterns Mall of the South

I lay bye a very expensive ring at Sterns Mall of the South on 2024/09/08. We were only told that they will resizing for us once it is fully paid. Happiness and fair. Alas!!! we (together with my fiancé) went to pay off the ring on 2024/12/01 and for the first time we were told that we will have to pay for the resizing. Why we were not told that we will have to pay for the resizing on 2024/09/08. Our wedding is on 2024/12/14 and I can not cancel this deal. We are told that we are going to pay R838 for the resizing. This is extra expense that I have not budgeted for. I have tried to call the area manager but the phone is on voicemail.

I am pleased to report that Violet, the store manager at Sterns Mall of the South has called me. She was professional, she apologised for the communication breakdown and I will be paying half of the R838 for resizing.
