Poor service and quality of product from Tfg sterns Table bay Mall

Hi I hope you well I had my TFG account for many many years but because of Sterns Table view and the quality of your products i will pay my account and close it down.

I purchased a pair of Studs for my daughter for R899.00

I told the sales lady the butterflies are loose please give me another one. She said its fine it won't come loose

I left the store but i was still in the shopping mall for a while and went to some other stores.

I then came back to sterns and told the sales lady that the studds keeps on falling out she then gave other butterflies. I told her its coming loose but she said they not allowed to change earings.

She could see and said the earing is loose but thats their policy.

I left the table bay shopping and now i totally lost the one earing, I only have one in my possession now.

I called the store to complain about the poor quality but still they said there's nothing they can do.

I hope to hear from you soon with a solution

I will email the shopping mall as well to complain if i dont get a solution.
