Poor service

I went to the store on Monday 19 June 2023 to buy a ring which was on sale (website) unfortunately they didn't have stock at their store. They checked for me where it's still available, instead of allowing me to go and buy it in Witbank/Pretoria they insisted on ordering the ring for me and to my surprise when I went to pay and collect the ring on Friday 23 June I was told the price has changed (from 65% off to 35% meaning I had to pay R35000 instead of R24450) I left the ring.
