Poor Service

Good day<br> <br> On Friday 03 April 2015 I visited Stern store at Menlyn shopping centre looking for an engagement ring. I was quite disappointed by the attitude your sales assistants displayed on the day. No one offered any assistance, however another customer who happens to be white walked in and suddenly a different treatment was meted with lots of enthusiasm to help. <br> <br> If it is your policy to treat people differently based on race please display that policy at your entrances so everyone is aware of it. Or if there is a price one needs to pay before assistance is rendered also indicate that. <br> <br> My unhappiness was communicated to the manager at the store, even to the assistants. <br> <br> I hope you'll treat the concern raised here with the gravity it deserves. We cannot continue to have situations where costumers do not enjoy the same customer experience just because they belong to a certain race group. <br> <br> By the way the culprits involved were 2 Black ladies... <br>
