POOR SERVICE

I hope you all listen and learn these retail stores just like ripping us off. We are loyal to them but it's all about business and money they don't have compassion for their customers...I paid my account in full I think three months ago only to find out a month later that I am still being charged for insurance that I even cancelled before settling my account, now I am Still getting threats of final reminders and nonsense please ppl do not fall for theses guys and their sweet promises..they are quick to give accounts but once they've messed up they take forever to solve matters that they caused..
