Poor quality ring

The service I've received from Sterns is appalling to say the least. For them to close my complaint and say it's resolved, meanwhile I'm being sent from pillar to post and it looks like no one wants to take accountability and I wouldn't be shocked if the blame is put on me for the defective ring. They clearly don't care about their customers or do they adhere to the policy written on the back of their slip. I will never ever spend my hard earned money at sterns ever again.
