Poor quality ring.

My fiancé bought me a clustered engagement ring. I was happy about it and it was beautiful. Now I can't say the same, the color is changing and the crystals/stones have fallen off. The embarrassment of wearing this ring is just too much. I'm utterly disappointed in the quality of your product. It is a huge disappointed especially for a supposedly trust brand like theirs.
