poor quality jewellery

Sterns Jewellery doesn't have after sale service at all, they don't care about their client. i had a worst experience with them.i will never buy anything from them anymore or to recommend a family to them. the service i got is scary. you buy a ring within 6 month its returned twice to them for fixing and the next thing they blame a client of using heavy object and chemicals. im working with computer and not in a construction company. i don't use chemicals. they don't even give full info to clients when they make purchase.
