Poor Quality and Service Sterns Mall of Africa

Not even two years being married and my ring has being back and forth at the Sterns Mall of Africa Store for three times, a new ring was done and yet another blow 8 months later I need to query the ring again. I've being going to the store complaining insert of purchasing. I don't even want to buy anything at the jewelry store as I'm really doubting the quality. February 2019 I received a new ring specially ordered and made for me but 8 month later a stone fell. Now I have to wait 4 weeks for quality check, yes 4 weeks. I have never had of that. The store manager shows no remorse and don't get my frustration. She says I must wait until she calls and gives me feedback.

2 years and every after month I need to walk around without a ring or complain at the store. PLEASE HELP. I have come to a point were I need a refund and purchase a ring at another service provider where I will get value for money and Good service.
