Poor quality and poor service

I bought my wedding ring at Sterns. Got married 22 September 2019. 3 weeks later the stones started falling off. Took the ring to the store for repairs. It's been gone for almost a month, everytime I do follow-up I'm told that they are waiting for the stones from head office. I regret ever buying there.
