Poor Quality and Bad Customer Service

I would not recommend Sterns to anyone. I got my Rose Gold wedding ring from Sterns Greenaacres months before Wedding.. But only started wearing it in October on my wedding day. After a few weeks I noticed that the ring is turning milky and took it back. The lady that assisted advised that the ring is not suppose to do that and sent it to jeweller. Few days later which is now in November we got the ring back and when I asked what was the cause she said its dust according to Jeweller. I do not work in dusty conditions or if work in water with the ring. The Ring was clean and shiny but by end of December it did the same but now only with the other stones turning green. I took the ring in again and they advised they will send to jeweller again. Only a sms was sent days after that ring can be collected.. My husband called Sterns and they casually advised that ring is sent to Cape Town for Quality Check.. I think the service is absolutely poor. As they should have called to advise on what is happening and also give a turnaround time. Staff should be honest and clear when selling to avoid these type of comebacks.. I am not happy with the ring and dont want it anymore.. I want another ring.. I cant be going back and forth with this ring. It ls been 3months since wearing this ring and already taken it in twice. Unacceptable.
