Poor Quality
I bought a watch from Sterns online. I received it 3 days ago. I didn't realize the leather on the strap started coming off immediately. It's also not the original strap that comes with that specific Diesel watch model. Or maybe there are variations of the strap idk, but the one I saw in person before wasn't the same. The leather on the strap is still coming off.
Could you please send me a replacement strap as a strap costs about a fraction of the price I paid for the watch.
