Poor quality
Disgusted! Bought our sliver wedding g set and not even a year not even a month and the rings turned black, telling me **** of my body acid, y doesn't my engagement ring from American Swiss turn black? My engagement ring looks newer than my recent wedding ring and sterns just refuses to exchange it, why are they allowed to ***** customers over by selling us ****??? I mean 100 people can't have the same problem with the same product and nothing is done about them....... Biggest ****** allowed to trade legally

10 Jun 2019, 11:48I purchased the ring from Sterns Trade Route mall, the staff and manager made me look like a fool telling me i dint take care of my jewelry, i had to call the manager myself for an update on two occasions. I then escalated to Southgate mall and still no joy,
