Poor Quality

My fiancé had bought a white gold and diamond ring from Sterns in May/June last year. We had gotten engaged at the end of August 2022. I always take off my ring whenever I wash dishes, shower or go anywhere near water and yet a diamond still fell off. A gold ring is supposed to last a lifetime. The ring looks so old and ugly and looks so dull as if I had been wearing it for over 10 years, when it has not even been 6 months. Sterns has a warranty for only 6 months then charges you to get it fixed. For the amount you pay, you would expect better quality, instead you waste so much of money and get such poor quality. I would not recommend buying from Sterns due to their poor quality
