Poor quality
We have purchased various goods at sterns jewels rs . One a gold necklace. The hooking link has broken twice. They make you pay for the replacement. Some 600 rand a time. Surely the poor quality of the goods should be repaired infer some form of guarantee. I bought my wife a watch. It’s also been returned 2 times the quality is shocking. Avoid this jewel.
