Poor customer service
The Sterns branch at Chris Hani mall offers bad customer service, with the staff giving customers a bad attitude. We went to resize a wris****ch that was bought as a gift by my partner; however, they refused to assist us accordingly. We were not informed of the purchase T&Cs.
