poor customer service

I took my phone in for repairs to Sterns two weeks ago , I haven't heard anything from them. I decided to give hem a call on Wednesday the 23rd of October and the lady said the phone is not yet back, she didn't even ask for my name so that she knows which phone I was referring to. I find her very rude and unfriendly towards customers. I need feedback as how long should I still wait for my phone, another 2 weeks perhaps??? a little bit of an update here and there would help.
