Poor Customer Service

I went to stern at Centurion Mall on the 18th March 2024 Very disappointed with the poor service that I have received at Sterns Centurion Mall , i was there Monday at 2h20pm , in the store the were 3 clients , 1couple and my self , they were both busy with that couple and not attending me up till i voice out that i need help and two sales people look each other then 1 came her name is Grace .. my Husband bought the ring for me but unfortunately it was big so the lady called Grace helped and advise me that i will get sms because she captured my details i must come back to fetch my ring on Friday on the 22nd March , i saw that i didnt get the sms the whole week , i called the store when i called the store only to find out my ring it was not capture on the system and the repairs department couldnt take it , she didnt even say sorry or something happened ,while talking with another lady that is where i got the sms that my ring will be taken for repairs then Grace said i must come on monday i will find my ring , still i went to the store i didnt get my ring , I am heavy pregnant i need to do up and downs because someone failed to do her job.. she was too focused to that couple because it was white people ..i thought we are living in democratic country but i am fooling my self .. They still take Black people as nothing and prefer to give White best service .. I will never refer someone to Stern Centurion Mall it sucks .. Management should take Grace to training ....she is unprofessional
