POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the11 October, I complained about the poor service received at Sterns Soshanguve Crossing. In a nutshell the details information was as per below:

The phones system failed to work and I sent them for repairs while still within warranty in 2022 February 21. I did submit all required or requested documents to them. Ref no : SDPP304970-IN-0112 RE TEST : **********087

1. IMEI : **********40393 2. IMEI : **********50178

After being sent from pillar to post, I received an answer that said my account was in arrears and this was in October 2022.

Firstly, My question is why didn't I get this information in at least March, April, May, June, July or August. I was told that my account was in arrears after I complained in Hello Peter.

Secondly, I no one communicated with me on my complain meaning Sterns doesn't take me serious as its customer. My concern is that they continue to deduct insurance premiums every month.

Fast forward, I received a R1000.00 voucher today for two phones and I was restricted to buy cellphone ONLY and both else. What this kind of a treatment is ths? This clearly shows that my value with Sterns is ZERO_ TWO PHONES GOT REPLACED BY ONE WHILE FULLY INSURED!

MY DEMANDS 1. I want Sterns to cancel my I Durance and refund all my Premiums from March 2022 up to November 2022. 2. I want to talk to someone in charge about this complained from Sterns. 3. I don't want to talk to someone from the Store I want someone senior to tell me if this is their CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST_ Failing I will be left with no option but to consult THE OMBUDSMAN
