Poor customer service
I went to the shop (Sterns, Bloem Plaza) looking a ring for my fiance and the service was appalling to say the least. The lady was rude and went as far as insinuating we couldn't afford the ring we wanted, this was without even assessing our affordability. Won't be going back there again
