Poor craftsmans
Such terrible workmanship on a bracelet recently bought....
Barely had the bracelet for 2 months and it's tarnished and lost a stone... We took it in to be looked at, had it booked in, only to be told "oh it happens" we paid a 3rd of the cost price to have it "fixed" only to find that its still badly tarnished...
Not worth the money or hassle, considering we have spent so much money collectively at sterns for all our special occasions, not at all worth it.
Birthday gift ruined....
