I'm absolutely shocked by Sterns Galleria, I went in to purchase a ring for almost 23k and needed it to be resized, after purchasing the ring I received a phone call stating that an additional cost of R800 was needed before I can collect. This is my engagement ring and is Urgently needed this week as preparations have already been made, my card was maxed out and I now have no ring until payday on the 25th. Its ridiculous that this was not mentioned upon purchasing as I would have looked at other options. This is a hidden cost with no mention or communication on any documentation and should be made clear upon purchase.
