Poor and unfair service
Sterns Newcastle Mall.service was pathetic .item had a marked down price on it.sales person also agreed it was marked down.thereafter at the till they give me a higher price.spoke to the manager and she said the area manager being Debbie will call me back.they offering me a r250 rand discount from orignal price.I do know the general rules.the price you see is the price you pay Sterns are being ******** and not keeping up to consumer rights.
