Police watch in for repairs

We took in a Police mens watch to have the battery replaced on 16 June 2015. When trying to open the watch they broke the winder part. They informed us it would need to be sent away to be repaired and that a service was necessary. (Repair Job No JC***, Contact Seipati) They informed us it would take about weeks. We followed up the week of 17 August and were informed it hadn't arrived. We followed up the week after and it still hadn't arrived. On 4 September 2015 they said that there was a delay at the factory because a special machine had to be bought in to repair the watches and as such they were behind schedule.
