Phone without accessories

Very disappointed with Sterns Ermelo. My mother lay byed the same Xiaomi 9a a few weeks apart. When she fetched her phone she received a complimentary screen protective guard aswell as n clear cover and two telkom sim cards. I went to take mine out today I received None of the above. It is the exact same phone we paid exactly the same price?? I find this highly unexceptionable and strange. I’ll never lay by anything ever again.
