Pethetic disgusting service from sterns menlyn Manager and staff!!!

Sterns Menlyn staff and manager don't know what they doing just pethetic disgusting service.Manager said Store would call when order came in guess what my order arrived at the store a while back and yet I had to call there head office to track down my order only helpful person was GALE at there head office who actually knows what she's doing maybe Gale should train the staff and Manager.My order arrived a while back yet no call.Manager and staff should go on training to deal with clients and keeping there word!!!Just pethetic!!!
