Pathetic Sterns Clearwater Sales Staff

Sterns Clearwater Mall has thee most pathetic sales staff, I ordered a wedding band 2 months ago, it was promised to be delivered to the store on the 22nd of August. Today is the 25th August 2020 when I called the store today the ring hasn't even been made, no contact from Sterns Clearwater Mall staff. This store should be closed or they require new PROFFESSIONALLY Trained staff... Your not doing us a favour... We're paying for what we want...
