Pathetic service OMW no CUSTOMER service AT ALL

So here I am trying to phone these people just to get a letter out of them... one day you phone and they say they will email the letter, wait a week phone again then all of a sudden they don't do this?? ***???? then all of a sudden they don't have my email??? F&&cken liers<br> <br> Im trying to buy house, but IT SHOWS I OWE STERNS MONEY??? I don't OWE THEM ANYTHING!!!! my account is closed!!! The bank does not want to give my loan because of sterns....<br> <br> NOW TRY PHONE THEM TO GET A LETTER STATENING MY account was paid UP LONG AGO like A YEAR f&^%ken ago..NO THEY JUST f&^% raise their shoulders and say sorry we don't do that. WHAT RETAIL store CANT GIVE YOU a paid up letter and stating you account is closed?????<br> <br> Don't ever buy from them as you will never be able to show your account is closed or paid up.
