Pathetic service

Extremely disappointed in Sterns personalized. Ordered a personalized pendant, on the website said would be ready within 14days. I marked it as urgent as I wanted to give to my niece before she left to the states. Sad to say she left without it as it was not ready after the 2 week period. 4 weeks later went to the store to follow up and still nothing has been done, they didn’t even start with it and i was told that they did not have enough orders. So why offer the service??? So if they do not get any orders for the next 3 months my order will just be there??? Not even a call to advise on why its not being done? I had to keep following up on the process that did not even happen!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order. Pathetic service which is offered!
