Pathetic Customer Service received at STERNS!!!!!

Good day Sir/Mam ,<br> <br> Please note that my dad visited the Sterns Store in Zevenwatcht Mall Kuils River on the 02 February 2016 to have his watch repaired. <br> <br> Aidan , one of the employees advised him to fetch the watch after 1 week.<br> <br> My dad has been to Sterns 3 times since one week after he took in the watch for repairs , each time the manager advises him that she would contact him , to date he has heard nothing from her. <br> <br> They then told my dad the watch will be ready on the 3rd March 2016, but he went to fetch the watch on the 5th March 2016 , and the watch was not there . <br> <br> Each time time my dad needs to drive to mall to go check if his watch is ready for collection , yet the watch has not yet been repaired . He is an elderly man , actually a pensioner , and getting around is not always easy . He does not know what do anymore. <br> <br> I feel that the store manager is not properly trained for the job , and that the level of customer service received is pathetic to say the least . <br> <br> I am disappointed and will be taking this matter further !<br> <br> I hope this matter gets attended to soonest <br> <br> Thanking you<br> <br> Kind Regards
