PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AREA MANAGER

Disgusting Service from A TFG AREA MANAGER NAMED PATSY..... What a **** who blames her staff for her mistakes.....

Sterns is known for their best Wedding Advertising seems as if Sterns love to be apart of the most Special Day in a couple's life with their amazing Diamond Rings.

For my husband and I you guys seem to be the worst company I have ever dealt with regarding my wedding stuff. My husband and I are married for 5 years this year my husband owns a wedding ring but guess what I have been trying get my ring sorted ever since before my wedding. To cut my long story abit short I got my ring specially made for me by your sterns pinetown store it was then sent to your Chatsworth store, however with lack of communication with me or my husband went into this store to do payment and take my ring out i was then my ring was sold to someone else with our knowledge.

At this time Jamie from the Chatsworth store was assisting us I asked for another ring to be made up as long as I get all my discounts like before was told by Jamie she would have to querie with management before she goes ahead with anything. She had been liasing with my husband as I have been unable to take calls at work. Once again to cut my story short. After great difficulty My husband was call by Jamie to inform him that the Area Manager had given them the go ahead that she is giving me the 50% on diamonds as that's the discount that i was suppose to initially get. That's when we asked Jamie to go through with getting my ring custom made.

Last week my husband got a call from Your Area Manager to say she did not give authorization for us to get the 50% of diamonds. And that she doesn't know where Jamie got this from. As a difficult of customer as I was to Jamie never once did she make a decsion on her own she always told both my husband I that she will find out and let us know.

Your Area manager also asked us to come in and choose a ring from your range that is on promo. Now why would i want to do this when this ring was made for me, it a ring my husband put on my finger and said I do. So much for Sterns.

Never once did your manager or your area manager of this store take the time see on the weekends when I had the time to get to this store we always dealt with Jamie who always waited for the authorization from get superiors.

I think this is ********* of your area manager to tell us that Jamie made a mistake where as she did. Unfortunately nothing was given to us in writing by your area manager.

Please can you assist me with this regard, my ring is sitting in your store once again all I would like is for me to take it home.

Just to let you know as well I still have an account with tfg and I still go back to purchase from all your stores dispite this ridiculous service. Amazing right.
