Pathetic Customer Service.

Sterns Kathu,

Here I am complaining Again about the same thing customer service. Sterns Kathu is bringing the worst out in me, I was told and promised that I will have my chain by end of September beginning October. We are already in the third week of October and to date I had no feedback on the progress of my chain. Please can Anyone let me know what is happening, neither the Manager nor the consultants are making contact with me. I was at the store about two weeks ago and on that day I was promised I will be contacted by the end of that day on the status of my chain. I am the client yet I must run after them for any developments, I hate Sterns Kathu and their pathetic customer service it is by far the worst ever!!!
