Pathetic customer service at Sterns ER Mall Boksburg

I went to Sterns East Rand Mall Boksburg on 12.09.2018 at about 16:15. The shop was empty when I entered. No clients and also no staff. I walked to the back of the shop where I found a staff member sitting behind a small counter. She did not offer any help, did not even stand up when I complain about the service. I went to Hayward Jewelers opposite Sterns, where I was helped immediately and also find what I was looking for. Will NEVER go back to Sterns!!
