Pathethic Quality and Poor Service

Very disappointed with the poor service that I have received once again from Sterns Pavillion

I was made to wait close to 3 months for my ring to be repaired and given back to me and during these 3 months there was no feedback as to how long the process would take.

I have received my ring back not even 3 weeks ago and the diamond is missing again! This is the 3rd time it has been sent in because the diamonds continuously fall off.

This was the 3rd time that I had sent my ring in, and it is absolutely disappointing to see the poor and pathetic workmanship.

I am now an extremely unhappy customer, and it is sad to say that such a renowned company offers such low-quality products and services.

I will not even bother to send the ring back in as I will never be doing any type of business with Sterns again!

Customer service should be a key aspect in a business and this being the 4th time that I have a complaint about the ring just shows the unpleasant and disgusting service that has been given.
