Paid for goods in parcel. Parcel was empty.

<p>Bought my daughter her Christmas present on 17/12: 4 nominations links to complete her name. They were more pricey than previous times and I asked Maggie to hold on to them. She linked them and placed them in the nomination box. About an hour later, maybe less, I was back. She put a sticker on to seal the box and handed it to me. I paid and left. Upon arriving home, I was excited to show the links to Caley, but to our dismay the box which was sealed up to this point was completely empty. </p>
