Outstanding service from Lindi @Sterns Fourways

Regarding Lindi from the Fourways branch- I was blown away by the phenomenal service given by Lindi last week. What a gem you have at ur branch!

Quite honestly I would've stopped buying from Sterns completely simply due to the atrocious behaviour and service from the TFG online team (still waiting for an escalation and a manager to contact me about a Sterns online order that was botched last week) doubt that that set of ***********s even really escalated the matter...

But Lindi was beyond amazing. Unfortunately, I had to make my purchase at Clearwater due to the lack of stock at 4ways, so she did not even get recognition for the sale. But I will definitely visit the store simply due to Lindi (and I will NEVER buy online from tfg again).

The online team should be made redundant as they send auto-responses which a system could automatically do. Only store staff should remain as both Lucia from Clearwater and Lindi from Fourways were superstars.

Pls feel free to contact me should you need additional feedback on her outstanding service. She really restored a week's worth of frustration from ur other team members behaviour.

She deserves a service award for going the 1000 extra miles the way she did!
