Outrageous Pricing!
I took in one of my necklaces to the Sterns in Sandton City to have a clasp fitted, they told me it could not be done in the store and had to be sent away, a few days later i received a quote for the clasp that totalled R2188 for a small little clasp! <br> <br> I could not believe what i was hearing and told them i would collect it and take it elsewhere! Since collecting it, i took to another jeweller and had it repaired in 30 minutes for R250. <br> <br> What a ******* Sterns is!!!
