Not happy

Good day

I have a problem with sterns westgate I took my ring I for resizing and the ring is still big. I told the manager and she told me that I'll have to pay for the service again. I asked her, how's that possible? And she told me this "because you agreed that the size is correct" (signing) there's nothing she can do cause the people will think that she's fixing the ring for herself and I told her that, no... Just send it back with the receipt that shows that I just paid. She gave me attitude and I just said, will take it to social media n she just said ok with attitude. Please help me.
