Nonsense

Hi I purchased in February a tennis bracelet from sterns riverside mall for my wife birthday. Then we were stuck in Mozambique till lock down was over . Last month 2 weeks after the guarantee expired. I managed to come back to Nelspruit riverside mall sterns. They refused to help me as the braclet broke after wearing it 2 times it is as good as new still. So they said I should pay for repairs I refused.and so they called ther area manager some how we came to an understanding that we would fix it 50 50 on my request. So when the braclet got booked in the lady who was very rude and refused to help which is the store manager. told the other lady in swazi that they must book it in with a higher quote.my wife doesn't understand swazi I speak ot fluently. 2 weeks later she store manager. called my wife and said its R850 to repair so my wife said but my husband paid that amount to purchase it. She then said oh no the area manager cannot help and when it was taken in. The area manager said she will be in contact me once the jeweler gives a quote. So I have not collected the braclet later we were told the value is R1200 I purchased it for R750. Your kind help will be good in this instance.
