No response from previous complaint

Good Day. I would just like to make you aware of the service that was received at the N1 City Branch. I queried a ring, which was R499. When fitting it on, we were told it needed to be resized one and that would cost R90. When purchasing the ring a week or two later, resizing was closed. For the time period of 15 Jan to 2 Feb I have visited your store 7 to 8 times! I was told the ring can't be resized, then that it is going to cost over a R1000, then I was told it is free. (Each person had a different story). The service is pathetic. I told them I needed the ring sized by Friday and they failed to deliver.

That was my first complaint. I was suppose to hear back from the area manager two weeks ago. I have STILL heard nothing.

I have complained on hello Peter, Facebook AND still no response from this company!
