No assistance at Fourways Mall

I would like to express my disappointment with Sterns Fourways Mall who not only were unprofessional but made me feel worthless. I brought in my ring to be cleaned on Saturday, 22 February and the scrutiny I received made me feel like I either am imposter on where I bought the ring and worse of all they looked at it like it was dirt. The lady told me that my ring does not look like one of their own and I should return it to the store I bought it from. I have used the Sterns "ring-cleaning" service for many years and this was the first time I got this service.
