No after sale services and poor quality

Hi guys Please don't buy at Sterns, they are selling poor quality and have no aftersales service you are good when you're buying but to go back when you have problems. I want to put Sterns kathu in the Northern Cape to shame with their area manager Trevor for their poor service. I have bought a pair of earrings for my daughter cost me almost a thousand rand after 2 weeks they were completely worned out and out of shape, if it was maybe 6 months I would understand but 2 weeks, I'm shocked myself clearly there's a factory fault or the quality is simply very poor. And guess what Trevor is blaming me for the poor quality the sold to me. Sterns must take accountability for ripping consumers like this. Please people be careful Sterns products are of poor quality, you'll have nothing but disappointments and regrets. NCR must take their licence and have them responsible for deceiving the public. I for one not going to rest until justice is done for me.
