Never received my engagement ring

My fiance, went to order a ring last year in November from sterns, when he went back a few weeks later to pick it up from them they told him that because it has diamond in the side they had to send it away and that it is on a boat on its way to SA, that there has been a delay in getting it here, he wanted to propose on the weekend of 14 December and he asked them so what must he do now, he wants to propose but they don't have the ring there in time? So they let him buy another ring, a ring that did not cost that much, they told him the ring would be here the end of January. We went to fetch the ring a few days earlier it was not there, we went there 3 times in that week and nothing. Friday on 30 January , one of the managers phoned my fiance and informed him that the ram truck the ring was in had been ****** and that they stole the ring she should have let him know the day before but she forgot. So very disappointed I never received my ring that was specially ordered for me
