A consultant that assisted me with a store complaint was rude, unthetical and I logged 2 complaints via the customer care regarding her service, and still waiting for a call from the HOD. But the Foshini Group got time to call througout the day to sell you products. I asked to speak the CEO secretary and was told no, but to follow process via the customer care. I will probably get a response tonite or tomorrow. Do you guys like being reported just for customer service or a manager that is getting paid doing nothing.
