I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a watch I purchased from your Sterns branch in King Williams Town on 25 January 2024. Unfortunately, the watch did not even last six months before the spring bar fell off, rendering it unusable.

In an effort to have it repaired, I took the watch to American Swiss in Boardwalk, Port Elizabeth. The watch was sent in for repairs, where it remained for two months. However, I was recently informed that the repair was unsuccessful and that the watch could not be fixed because it is no longer in production.

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of a viable solution from your company. I purchased the watch with the expectation of durability and quality service. The fact that it failed so quickly and cannot be repaired is unacceptable.
