Mobile exchange grievances.

I'm an itel mobile customer, yesterday on the 11th of September 2024 I went to sterns (thohoyandou mvusuludzo mall) and made a purchase of an ItelA05s mobile, which I later found not enjoyable or not up to the standards I was hoping or aiming for, I then went back to sterns today on the 12th of September 2024 and they told me they do not do cellphone exchange yet on the receipt they didn't specify that they don't do cell phones exchange. I then called their stores manager on *** and he denied me an exchange. Further more I called bash.com customer service on *** and they told me that cell phones exchange is only done in stores. I'm currently not happy with the service and I'm stuck with a mobile I'm not comfortable with. All I needed was to increase the money and take a much suitable phone but I was not assisted as a valued customer. Especially because I didn't want a refund ,I only wanted to add more money and take a much better mobile phone.
