Lost voucher
My name is Noloyiso Betele I have lost a clothing voucher to the value of R1200 from Sterns the voucher was bought on acc I have asked Sterns in The Glen mall to block the old voucher and tranfere the money to a new voucher of transfere the money back to the acc I have not received help because I lost a receipt wht are my rights as a consumer concerning this please help
