Losing deposit and wedding plans are in Jeopardy!

1. My fiancee bought my ring at Sterns Menlyn on 5 April 2023 2. The ring was resized by STERNS when he bought it 3. We got engaged 3 weeks ago 4. I wore the ring about 10 times 5. The stone fell out. 6. It is not an expensive stone, it is a lab created sapphire. 7. The ring is still under warantee 8. It was returned to the Menlyn branch last week, who told us it has to be assessed and will take a MONTH to be assessed by your "quality centre". 9. Today we are told it will take 6 weeks. 10. We have to now move our engagement shoot and lose a deposit of R2000 for this cancellation. 11. We planned our elopement for the weekend of the 23rd of September. This will now also have to be moved because we need my ring! I don't want to get married without my ring!! 12. This seems to be a general compliant with you and you are costing us money and ruining our engagement.

Please ensure that my ring is either replaced, or repaired or refunded by the 15th of September 2023 so I can proceed with my wedding.

No one has contacted me. Providing a reference number and then not contacting a person is pathetic. If I do not receive the ring within the week, I will take you to the small claims court to recover the costs of the engagement shoot and our elopement.
