Layby

Still waiting for stern to refund me my layby since 2020 the supervisor said the system shows but I must bring my receipt & I told her the receipt has cleared & it's been years where does she expect me to get it. Coz the system is showing then why not pay me back my money. She said she will get back to since January 2024 this year when I wrote a review that I am waiting for my money
